Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary by location but are typically 5-7 business days after processing.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at catskillmountainwoodworking@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
